What is Vintage? ▾

At Impala Vintage we only sell second hand clothing. All our garments are in good condition, except those in the Second Grade section. The garments in this section have some flaw, and this is specified in their description and in the detail photo.

Vintage clothing may have small signs of normal wear on old garments and for this we do not consider it second grade.

Is it safe to buy online? ▾

Of course, at Impala Vintage online shopping is the form of commerce we use and that is why our website has high security filters. If you’re still not sure, you can take a look at our Google ratings to see what our customers say.

How to buy online? ▾

Select the products you want by clicking on the buy button.

Then, fill in your personal information in the form that will appear (remember to fill in the required fields) and select the payment method you prefer.

To finish, confirm your purchase and fill in all the necessary information for payment.

Can I order by email, phone or Instagram? ▾

It is not possible (since you can only make purchases online), but if you have any questions about how to do it, you can send us an email to info@probate.impalavintage.com and we will not hesitate to help you in whatever way.

Are already sold items re-sold? ▾

At Impala we only work with vintage clothing and that is why it is very difficult to find two identical items. However this is our cover letter. The exclusivity of our garments is our value.

Can I modify or cancel an order? ▾

If you have not received a confirmed order email yet, you can contact us at info@pruebe.impalavintage.com or Instagram to make any changes to your order.

Once the order is confirmed, we have already started processing it. For this reason, it is not possible to add or remove items from your purchase once the process has been completed. However, you can return the items you do not want as long as you meet the return deadlines (14 days).

Why was my card declined? ▾

You will receive an instant error message if there is any kind of problem with your credit / debit card. Usually errors in the credit card are due to insufficient balance on the card or that it is not activated for online purchases. In that case, you will have the opportunity to enter a new credit or debit card.

How can I track the status of an order? ▾

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number where you can track it.

Why did you cancel my order? ▾

If your order has been canceled, contact us by email at info@impalavintage.com

How can I use a promotional coupon? ▾

You will see the option “Insert coupon” once you have added an item to your cart. For the promotion to work, you will only have to enter the promotional code in the corresponding box. Make sure you enter it correctly before confirming the purchase, and once you confirm the order you will not be able to enter the code.

You can take the measurements of the garment as a reference.
