AFTER-SALES SERVICE AND RETURNS

You will have 14 days from the receipt of the package to make your return. For any questions or anomalies related to our articles or shipments, please contact us as soon as possible through our email. It is very important that you tell us the order number in all cases. You will find the return instructions in your package. We can refund your money in the same way you made the purchase (excludes shipping costs). Items that have a discount equal to or greater than 70% cannot be exchanged or returned. Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
