WHAT IS CLEARPAY?

Clearpay is a payment service that allows us to offer customers the ability to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 automatic installments, divided in the way that works best for you. You choose how much to pay initially up front, and the remaining payment is divided into 3 installments every 2 weeks.

HOW DO I USE CLEARPAY?

At checkout, choose the Clearpay payment method. You will be directed to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you've used Clearpay before, simply log into your Clearpay account. Then complete your order, easy!

CAN I USE CLEARPAY IF I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?

Clearpay is only available to customers with a billing address in Spain. Customers with billing addresses outside of Spain will not be able to create a Clearpay account.

HOW DOES THE CLEARPAY PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?

Clearpay customers have to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted every 2 weeks in automatic installments from the selected payment method. If you want to make additional unscheduled payments before they're due, you can sign in to Clearpay to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly. You can sign in to your Clearpay account at any time to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT PAY A CLEARPAY FEE?

A late payment will be charged if funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is due. An additional fee will be charged if payment is not made within 7 days. Late payment charges will not exceed 25% of the total order. See the Clearpay Payment Purchase Agreement.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IF I USE CLEARPAY?

Clearpay orders are delivered just like all orders placed at Impala Vintage.
