RETURNS

Once the order is confirmed, we have already started processing it. For this reason, it is not possible to add or remove items from your purchase once the process has been completed. However, you can return unwanted items as long as you meet the return deadlines.

We understand that sometimes the product does not meet your expectations 100% and that it is difficult to get the size right, so you can make returns within 14 days of receiving the order.

All items will be inspected upon arrival at our offices. As soon as we confirm that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the cost of the product. The cost of shipping costs will not be refunded. Although we try to accept all returns, please note that we will not be able to accept items that
are in inadequate conditions, so we may have to send them to you again.

You will receive the refund within 24/72 hours from the moment the product arrives at our office.
