Vintage clothing is second-hand clothing or retro clothing. All of our garments are in good condition, although they may have small signs of wear that are normal to older garments. Except for the garments in the Second Grade section, these may have some damage or flaw, and this is specified in their description and in the detail photo.
Impala Vintage is an online second-hand clothing store. We only have one size of each garment, so when it is sold it runs out and disappears from the web. The garments we have in stock are those that appear in the store catalogue.
To buy you have to add the garment you are interested in to the cart, being sure that the size that appears in the description is yours. Remember that you cannot choose another size, since we only have one.
Fill in your personal information in the form that will appear (remember to fill in the required fields) and select the payment method you prefer.
To finish, confirm your purchase and fill in all the necessary information for payment.
Of course, at Impala Vintage we work with the most secure payment gateways, such as Stripe or Paypal. None of your data is stored on our servers, so everything goes directly to one of these two gateways, which are characterized by being highly secure.

At Impala we only work with vintage clothing and that is why it is very difficult to find two identical garments. However, this is our cover letter. The exclusivity of our garments is our enhancement.
Credit or debit card through STRIPE
We currently ship to all of Europe. You can see the prices and shipping times by simulating your purchase in the shopping cart.
If you have not yet received a confirmed order email, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or Instagram to make any changes to your order.
Once the order is confirmed, we have already started processing it. For this reason, it is not possible to add or remove items from your purchase once the process has been completed. However, you can return items you don't want as long as you meet the return deadlines (14 days).
You will receive an instant error message if there is any kind of problem with your credit/debit card. Normally credit card errors are due to insufficient balance on the card or that it is not activated for online purchases. In that case, you will have the opportunity to enter a new credit or debit card.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number where you can track it.

To make the return, follow the steps on our Returns page.
You will see the option “Enter coupon” once you have added an item to your basket. For the promotion to work, you only have to enter the promotional code in the corresponding box. Make sure to enter it correctly before confirming the purchase, since once you confirm the order you will not be able to enter the code.
